- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are granted under the following conditions:
Course Not Accessed: If you have purchased a course but have not yet accessed any of the course materials (e.g., videos, assignments, quizzes), you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Course Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the content or quality of the course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Please note that we may ask for feedback on why the course did not meet your expectations to improve our offerings.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Partial Course Completion: If you have accessed or completed a significant portion of the course, a refund will not be issued.
Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted simply because you changed your mind after purchasing the course.
